Fall

  Post By:

The Fall Market at High Point featured gorgeous accents, many of which werebursting with color and pattern. Others featured coastal detailing or were in keeping with the understated classic designs of past Markets.

Color and Pattern
Flooring and bedding took center stage in show stopping colors. This rug and
bedding ensemble from Company C are brilliant in color and the patterns are like artwork. Happy days are here again!

Coastal
Just like in fashion design, many Spring and Summer items are featured in the
Fall for interior design, including coastal influenced accents. One of my
favorite coastal pieces is this mirror from Stanley. It is rare to see a round
mirror with so much detail inside the frame and I love the weathered look of the
finish. This piece is perfect in an entry way or over a dining room buffet.

Another favorite is this coral sconce by Currey and Co that I spotted for a
client who adores the Caribbean.

Classic
Classic designs are always in style, just as in this wool and silk rug from
Safavieh, which is highly textured and so soft to the touch.
